Unique Requests, Unique Pricing: Since every request differs, we can’t provide fixed pricing upfront. Here’s how we calculate costs:
  1. For Buy & Send Services:
    • Required Items: The original price of the items, plus any applicable shipping fees.
    • – Packaging and Shipment: Costs based on size and weight, with various shipping options available.
    • – Service Fee: Reflects the time spent fulfilling your request; for search and find services, we can agree on estimated time in advance.
  2. For Travel Preparation Services:
    • – Item Preparation: Organizing required items for shipment and customized planning, such as tailored reservations to fit your budget.
    • – Service Fee: Accounts for the time dedicated to your requests.
  3. For Guided Tours and Travel Planning:
    • Our pricing is flexible and tailored to suit your plans and budget. Please note that the following costs are not included in guided tour pricing:
      • Meals and beverages
      • Transportation fees
      • Entrance fees, as applicable
      • Personal expenses
For travel preparation, guided tours, or planning, we will provide an estimated cost that includes transportation, entrance fees, and any other relevant details.

Important Considerations
The preliminary budget we provide during the planning stage is an estimate and may change due to unexpected circumstances. Additionally, for services outside of Okayama, additional costs may apply. For instance, if a guided tour is requested in Tokyo, we will factor in the hours for the tour and travel fees to and from Okayama via Shinkansen.

While we do consider same-day inquiries for guided tours, availability may be limited. We appreciate your understanding and kindly request advance notice for effective accommodations.
